1 tbsp dehydrated celery
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion (raw or dehydrated)
1 tbsp dehydrated cilantro
1 tsp powdered mustard
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup mayo (to taste)
2 lbs boiled shrimp, peeled & chopped (any size)
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.
2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
