Simple Sexy Shrimp Scampi with Scallops!

Author Gluten-Free for the Family



  • 1 lb Shrimp I use and love the GIANT SHRIMPS - peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper



  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Toss the shrimp and scallops in a bowl with the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper; set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Arrange the shrimp and scallops in a circular pattern in a round casserole dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 10 minutes, than move shrimp to top rack and turn broil on and broil for 2 minutes.

Take out, serve, and ENJOY!!
