Slowly blend in 2 tbsp milk/milk substitute. roll out a little less than half to an 8'' pizza pan,
bake for 12-18 mins, pull out and let cool.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until light. Spread on cooled crust.
Take your sliced up fruit and arrange them on how you like. let chill for about 20mins and serve.
