Ingredients
1 Breads From Anna® Banana Bread Mix (Single bag net weight 14oz or 396g)
1/3 cup oil
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (approximately 3 medium bananas)
1/2 cup sugar
1 ½ cups finely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Vanilla
½ cup Potato starch
1-9×13 greased baking pan

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Puree banana in food processor.

3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until creamy.

4. Pour into greased 9×13 baking pan.

5. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

6. Once it passes the “toothpick test”, ready to enjoy!

Recommendation from Breads From Anna®: We do like to sprinkle powder sugar up top, or add a cream cheese frosting. Top with chopped nuts.
