1 package Breads From Anna Pie Crust
¼ cup milk
¾ cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger

6 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/3 cup brown rice flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp butter or nucoa buttery spread


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Mix pie crust ingredients in medium bowl until dough forms.

3. Coat a 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray and press ¾ of the dough into the dish. Set the other ¼ of dough aside.

4. In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon for filling.

5. Put berries into a medium bowl and pour flour mixture over them.

6. Mix until berries are well coated.

7. Pour berries into the pie crust baking dish.

8. Take the other ¼ of dough and crumble over the top of the berries.

9. Pour lemon juice over top of the berries and dough.

10. Dot with butter.

11. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
