Can use with your choice of Chebe Dry Mix: Cinnamon Roll Mix, All-Purpose Bread Mix, Original Cheese Bread Mix

Ingredients

Crepe:
1/2 cup Chebe All Purpose mix
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (can use dairy or almond milk, if preferred)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Filling:
4 medium bananas, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions
1. Add Chebe All Purpose Baking mix, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg to bowl, stir with fork to integrate.

2. In separate bowl mix coconut milk, egg and vanilla extract.

3. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

4. In medium nonstick skillet, add 4 Tbsp batter and swirl until just set. Allow to cook until the edges peel away from the skillet and is golden brown.

5. Run spatula under the crepe and flip, lightly cook the other side.

6. Remove crepe to plate, spread interior with the melted chocolate and place the sliced banana along the center.

7. Roll up and drizzle with additional melted chocolate.
