Pizza crust
- 1 Pkg Chebe Cinnamon Roll mix
- 2 eggs can substitute with applesauce
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp water or milk
Toppings
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar or 1/4 artificial sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 - 4 cups of sliced fruit

Preheat oven to 450° F mix together 3 tbsp oil and 2 large eggs.

Slowly blend in 2 tbsp milk/milk substitute. roll out a little less than half to an 8'' pizza pan,

bake for 12-18 mins, pull out and let cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until light. Spread on cooled crust.

Take your sliced up fruit and arrange them on how you like. let chill for about 20mins and serve.
