Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
· 2 lbs steak (top sirloin, London broil, or any tender cut)
· 1 medium onion, sliced
· 2 cloves garlic
· 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
· 2 dried chilies (optional)
· 1 red or orange pepper, sliced
· 1-10 oz bottle gluten free teriyaki sauce
· ½ tsp cumin
· ½ tsp ginger
· ½ tsp black pepper
· 2 tbsp vegetable oil
· 4 cups white rice (already cooked)

Directions
1. Cut meat against the grain and into thin strips.
2. Pour vegetable oil into large frying pan.
3. Sauté meat about 4 minutes or until brown and then remove from pan.
4. Put onions and garlic in pan and cook for about 3 minutes until onions are starting to get soft.
5. Add mushrooms, peppers, and chilies and cook about 4 minutes or until onions are clear and mushrooms are soft.
6. Add spices and teriyaki sauce.
7. Put meat back in and cook until well blended.
8. Serve over white rice.
